COVID-19 Virus Measures

In the current situation, we are taking strong measures to ensure the safety of our employees and customers, as well as to keep the necessary business continuity.
In response to the safety measures regarding COVID-19, we advise you to take into account the following:
  • Postpone your visit to the data center where possible;
  • Use our remote hands service for small tasks;
  • Please use the provided disinfectant products that are available at the data center;
  • Any visitors with illness symptoms will be denied access and requested to leave the building;
  • Delivery times of remote hands and cross-connects may be longer than usual;
  • The stock of some parts is limited.
We ask for your understanding. Furthermore, the following also applies:
  • Employees will not shake hands when greeting visitors;
  • When assisting our visitors, we will ask to keep appropriate distance;
  • Communicating with our employees at the entrance is possible only at the front desk.

We remain available and will be working in shifts to keep the regular operating hours. We are closely keeping track of all advice and rules from the RIVM (Dutch National Institute for Health and Environment) and will adjust our rules accordingly.

In case of any questions or concerns, please let us know.
